I rejected him, and now want him! Help!

He approached me at a club over a year ago and I wasn't interested in him and told him I was waiting on my boyfriend, which was a complete lie. I just didn't want to hurt his feelings. Anyhow, months later I saw the same guy with one of my friends, he recognized me and said hello, he was so nice and such a gentleman. I looked him up on Facebook and gave him a poke, he immediately requested me. After looking and judging his FB profile he seems to be a very interesting man and I started to get intrigued by him. Problem is he ignores me and gives me the cold shoulder. Is there a way I can fix this? Is it too late? Do you think once a man gets rejected the first time he immediately withdraws from the woman. Please help! What should I do?

Well, would YOU continue going after a guy after he already shot you down once? People don't like rejection, and generally aren't too keen on putting themselves through it more than once.

If you want anything to happen with this guy, you're going to have to be the one to initiate it now.

I'm glad he gives you the cold shoulder cause if you liked a guy and he rejected you, you wouldn't want nothing to do with him if he started to develop a crush.

I'm not trying to be mean but I think he's doing right to ignore you, cause there's no way a woman would ever agree to date a guy after he rejected her the first time.
