I met a great guy through work and after a while we swapped numbers and were texting. He asked me out but in the meantime a whole lot of stuff happened in my life and I was not in the right space for anything romantic and ended up rejecting him :( since I did this he doesn't talk to me and gives me real nasty looks , but constantly stares at me and won't take his eyes off me, but when I look at him he gives me nasty look. I still like him a lot and want to text him again and stuff but I'm a bit scared cos of the look he gives me what should I do?

looking at him. Go talk. See how it goes and if it's friendly then just explain briefly why you couldn't go out with him before (very little detail) and tell him that you would like to go out with him sometime if he's up for it. Keep it simple.

If you want him to actually text you, you would have to initiate since you rejected him.
