You know I always see that as a sign of a guy that is taken. See what happens is that he is very interested but he has someone else to answer to. So he makes plans and then his "woman" (wife or girlfriend) changes his plans and he can't make it. Women have a sixth sense about these things when your man says he is going out with the boys but he's not you know. So his wife or girlfriend has a tight grip on him! Whatever the case may be. My rule of thumb is he is allowed one FU## UP! If he does it to you again he is out! If he does not have time to even take you out on a date what is the point of having him!

He's not interested. This has happened to me before and it'll only stop once you give p on the guy. He doesn't think much of you, and only calls when he's bored and you're the only one available. But will bail as soon as something else more fun comes along. People like that seriously need to fall off of the face of the planet.
