Should I be the third wheel at a 3 day rave?

My best friend and I had originally planned to go to Tomorrow World in Georgia this year. During the next few months she ends up meeting this guy and at the last minute, with out discussing anything with me, he buys his ticket as well. I wouldn't have had a problem if there was another person going with us. Since its just going to be us three, I'm going to be the odd one out. They're going to be doing their thing and Il just be there. I have never been to a rave by myself and wouldn't know if it would be chill just to walk around by myself. I know Ill meet people there but it just pissed me off, it was just suppose to be us and since she now has a boy friend, he automatically comes. Idk, should I sell my ticket or just go and see how it goes.

Depends on how you can cope with awkward situations and how you are meeting other people there. Personally I'd sell it, because I hate being in a third wheel situation and I cannot talk to anyone I don't know in person or anyone I'm attracted to, or even people I know from around the place.

I'd still go if it was something I was really looking forward to. Instead if thinking of it as "being the third wheel" maybe see it as time to so your own independent thing.
