Is it weird to go out with an intended third wheel?

So I met this woman about a week ago hanging with friends at a local restaurant. This woman seemed to hit it off with me a bit, I also was mingling a bit with her friend as well, made a friendly connection with them both. We a hour and a half later, she found me and friended me on IG. I thought I’d be cool with her and say it was nice meeting her and that hopefully we can go do one of the things she likes, golf, with my friends and I. She kind of gave me her availability and said she and her friend would be down. Well I check with my buddies and no one is free to come out this Friday. I really would like to hang with her and gauge where she might be with me. Would it be weird if I threw out to her a invite for her and her friend to topgolf tomorrow and if that doesn’t work, suggest time where we all can meet up?

Perhaps she has a bad experience on a prior first date and she is just trying to be very careful. If it's meant to be, her friend will quickly fade from your dates. In this situation, patience will usually be rewarded!

I messaged her yesterday, I asked if her and her friend would want to golf today or wait til she got back in town in a couple weeks and we can get a group to go. She replied “Let’s aim for when I am back in town if that works!”

—Goal:Both of them thinking about you in their individual quiet time. You being the only topic of conversation as they drive home etc…
—I don’t know your capabilities, however, Tuesday lunch I would call or send a goofy golf jokes…get that going. See if she comes prepared with her own joke kind of thing.
—On course have at least 3 corny animal jokes with no sexual overtones. Work this in and No Charge: Did you hear what the caged Birdie said to cat in the club? “Pardon me if I litter.” Birds 💩 outside their cage etc.
— I’ve had Thursday night girls group of 3 or more intently focused telling jokes. One went up on here tip toes after about 30 minutes.
—Step off the bar and up on tip toes…that was a lovely evening…next morning told her the bird/cat joke again in bed…which was my first joke when I met them all.

, If both G and BGF are laughing then you have an “Error Card”… “get out of jail” free card. Best GirlFriend might cut you a little slack if you make her laugh on front end.
—Women love that and the air can get little tense when 2 or 3 women in a group realize “this guy makes me laugh…happy”

If this is any indication, so last Sunday I messaged her first just to say hi, it was nice meeting her and that maybe soon she’d like to come golf or something with the guys and I, she was all for it. I was playing it cool until Tuesday when she randomly hit me up talking about how her spin class was going to kick her ass and then we’re going back and forth before I started talking about my job.
