I hugged my mother a few months ago and I never hugged my father.
I hugged my dad before he left to work this morning.
Mom last night dad Saturday but I will probably hug him when I see him today and mom again tonight

Kind of. It was both separately. My dad broke down too and said he was sorry he had neglected me for so long when I was younger.
It was kind of like throwing up a lot when your sick.
Its not a pleasant feeling at all. But it felt good afterward to get it out of my system.
