Girl that reject my friend request but accepts other co workers?

Why did she do this... is it a sign she wants to be more than friends? Does she know I like her? Does she like me but is trying to play hard to get?

i don't get it. I sent this girl a friend request and she rejects mine but adds some of my douche co workers. They tell me she doesn't think I'm a d*** or douche in fact that I'm a great guy but is that a red flag her rejecting my friend request? IS THIS SOME KIND OF MIND GAME? Because ITS WORKING!

Okay let me fix this because it seems I'm being a huge creeper. After she still rejected my request I still pursued didn't say anything about it pretend it didn't happen and I took her out. just me and her. so no this has nothing to do with she hates me. She has even told me some of her life issues. she trusts me but I haven't escalated to intimacy.

Lmfao OK buddy let me bring you back to planet earth. Just because she told people that she doesn't think your a d*** or douche doesn't mean she likes you why would she tell people that? If she wanted peace at work she wouldn't. Like wtf she didn't add you and now you think she might like you? Um no it doesn't work that way girls try to play hard to get but never that hard.. When she said your a great guy that was her way of saying she doesn't have a problem with you but it doesn't mean she likes you. Next thing when she denied your friend request its her way of saying your a coworker and that's it she doesn't wanna bring you into her personal life. when you ask a girl out and she specifically says she trusts you and continuously goes out with you on the only day she is off I think that means something. She's not a coworker anymore either and she ignores the coworkers who are on her friends list. You know how I know? Here after a month she left I am just working and a coworker mentions her and says "dude I saw her on the metro the other day I tried to say hi but she just smiled and ignored me." I have her number and she always replies.

Don't you think she might have accidentally ignored your request by clicking the wrong button it has happened with me a couple of times and I just end up adding the guy instead. Why would I ignore a guys request. 1) If I were attracted to him and for some reason he turns out to be a player who flirts with everyone! 2) if I hate the guy. 3) have a boyfriend and feel like his friendship might ruin our relationship.

Now this is something interesting and an actually productive reply. Yes I agree that her ass has been hurt in the past, I can tell you that much. Should I come out and call her out on her games? She's a shy and quiet one though and sticks on my ass like glue whenever we go out.
