I think it does make me more attractive but I don't workout because of anyone else, only for myself. I'm pretty dedicated to the martial arts and my fitness because of my own personal goals I set for myself, if it boosts my attractiveness its just a bonus to me.
Regarding to a couple wise, I can't really make a judgement because I'm indifferent. I'm in good shape and I did date a girl who was over 240lbs, It was out of love and besides, I don't think about things like that too much. Yet again as of now, I would prefer to date average/curvy woman but I'm flexible in terms of dating.

I have an slightly athletic physique, muscular shoulders but other than that not much attention-drawing about it. In spite of this, I have noticed that in college or the military the same women I worked with would approach me in the gym either eyeing me or inclined to chat about whatever.
I dated a woman that said my fresh sweat was attractive. She also said the athletic movements were too. This is probably more key than the physique itself. Being a lame cynical muscle dude or a jerkish muscle dude screams of overcompensation.
I wish I could knock back pizza and hot fudge Sundays without facing the consequences. Buuuuuuut I have to stay active. Working out gives me confidence and makes my body feel more healthy. As as guys--a soft stomach doesn't bother me. All I care about is that he takes care of his self.
i work out a lot mainly for my health but I know also know its something better for my boyfriend to look at. I mean he works out and I appreciate it. I'm not superficial I just like when people take care of themself and being ripped is pretty sexy lol
I think working out does two thinks -
1. It makes that persons body look better which is nice. but...
2. It makes THEM feel better about their body and have more confidence which is even better than a hot body.

Probably both unless it goes really far. By really far I mean to the extent when the body is ripped. Lots of lines all over, muscles sticking out. That may look okay or even nice on a man, but it's an eye-closer on women. Can't stand looking at those super muscular women. But some basic training looks equally great on both sexes.
Working out only makes girls more attractive.
For guys it does next to jack shit for making you more attractive. And it costs a shit load of effort to gain anything that even barely matters. You are better off making more money and learning how to treat people like shit and get away with it if you want to be more attractive.
Source: been there, done that. 10 years of working out, earned ripped, powerful body. Gained fucking nothing from it. Wasted time and effort. Sour attitude resulted.I don't know if it makes me look better, but it sure makes me feel better.
I don't care if a guy works out. As long as he is not too fat - he doesn't need to work out.
Well if you are very overweight, working out will lead you to a healthier body which is attractive. It is attractive when BOTH work out.
I got some girls interested last time I did weights.
I always feel super attractive after a workout.
both look better when working out.
yes, muscles are sexy
Yes cause you're taking care of yourself
