Do muscles make you more attractive?

I was just wondering if I could get your thoughts on muscles like if they make a person more attractive, less attractive etc

In all likelihood, a majority of women will find you more attractive with some lean mass and definition versus the same you without.

However, of course women aren't going to suddenly fall over themselves for you because you have a good physique. It's just something else to go in the meltIng pot with your personality, facial looks, social status, education/career, hobbies and interests etc. in determining how attractive or not someone thinks you are.

For me, I look at working out like a self-improvement process. I do it because I want to be the best I can be. There are other benefits too - it can do wonders for confidence and self esteem. If any women happen to find me more attractive because of it then that's a very welcome bonus but not my priority.

In short, do it for you.

Trust me they do. Are used to be a really small guy that start going to the gym every day and take a bunch of supplements now I'm a lot bigger. And I will tell you from personal experience it completely changes the way women interact with you.

I've gotten catcalled on the street. Girls always telling me how sexy I think my arms are. Random chicks it made out with me and clubs. And a lot more women have crushes on me.

I love it and I can't go back to being small anymore. and it's not just me all my friends have gotten into lifting have also noticed this difference.

There's no reason to not start lifting. It's good for your health, it's good for social life, and it's good for your self esteem. My advice start lifting now.

Not necessarily. If someone is short, muscles look a bit.. weird on them. (Definition of short for me is below 5'7)
If someone is taller than that, it can look very good. Just not body builder muscles tho.

On women.. I don't like heavy muscles, but a defined body looks good.

I think they do. If my man's has them, it makes him more attractive. I feel like a lot of men naturally have muscles. It sure does beat a guy who is skinny and weak.

Actually if someone has aesthetic face, I would suggest not to have defined muscle. Having a aesthetic face, can help you get laid easily. But if you have defined muscle, you face would be hid by aesthetic body. You can see lots of muscular guy, but a guys with beautiful face... its so rare.

Depends on the person you're trying to attract. Someone women think its very attractive but if you're a total douche then it defeats the purpose. If you're gonna hit the gym you should do it for yourself.

not really, depends on your goals though, girls don't like muscles, just being lean is enough for them

however you'll get compliments all day from guys if you got muscles

It depends on the girl's preference but generally yes, however that doesn't mean you should look like those giant bodybuilders either because that's too much

I think most people find it attractive. Some like the aesthetics. Others like that the guy takes care of himself. Or both.
