So I really like this guy in my school, I made it obvious to him twice but nothing has happened. I don't see him much on campus that's why it's making harder to actually interact with him in person. We'll today I post a picture on Instagram and he puts hearts under the picture. If he finds me attractive than why isn't he making a move?

We'll I don't know his Facebook, just Instagram and if I see him on campus I defiantly try and talk to him. It's just that I never see him.

Well if you have each others instagram you could always arrange to meet offline. Find out what his common interests are. If he likes eating, you can be like: "I know this great place, the ____ there are delicious. Do you want to go get some with me?"

This will give you time to chat with him, and perhaps you can exchange numbers ;).
