Should I friend my coworker or not?

I have been working with this girl for a couple months now. When ever we work together we flirt, and have fun. I have asked others their opinion on how we act together and so far they all have told me that she is interested. The only problem is that the only time that I see her is when i work with her. which does happen quite a bit but lately they have been moving me around and have been having me help with stock since i am no stranger to manual labor. My biggest question now is if i should friend request her on Facebook or if that would be too weird?

Yes you should send a friend request to her on Facebook . No it isn't weird. You're fine dude. You have two options: 1) Since she's interested in you and doesn't think of you as creepy or anything send her a friend request on Facebook because that would signal to her that you're interested. 2) Don't send her a friend request and ask her out in person for dinner and her number and get to know her personally instead of using Facebook as a medium so that shows that you're a courteous guy. Maybe later on she'll bring Facebook up or you can bring it up when you're on a date with her. It all depends on her and how you think she is. Is she really into Facebook , more of a traditional girl, etc. Best of luck.

I see no harm in sending your friendly, flirty co-worker a friend request on Facebook . And it might even give you both a chance to Really chat when you are able to. Sounds like a game plan.
Might I also add, that when you are able to do More "on the job" jabbering, you try and also continue your "friends stats" as well at work.

Being you Do know her for two months, and Do have a friendly flirty working relationship, I see no harm in asking friends request.. Facebook is for friends, whether they are strangers or not.. good way to get acquainted even Before a nite on the town. xx

Careful with the flirty you never know. At job it could be considered sexual harassment. Try flirting outside the job.
About friending once you see her outside you can get a better look of her personnality. Check your profile also maybe youur boss is one of her friends. Do you want him to see everything on you wall that she could see.

And maybe before friending her, bring it up in a convo once you know her.
