My boyfriend has this male friend from work and he is always talking about him to me a lot. They seem to hang out together and my boyfriend says that he hangs out with him because he feels sorry for him because he has a difficult time making friends. I’ve noticed when I’m together with my boyfriend his male friend will always video call him, and then my boyfriend will go out the room to speak to him.
They go to the gym together and he is now a business client of my boyfriends and buys stuff from his business, and they also go swimming together. He recently made a fitness channel to lose weight and get into shape and I noticed my boyfriend commented 🔥 emoji on his picture of trying to lose weight and get fit at the gym.
Sometimes my boyfriend hangs out with him and a few others from work, so they don’t always have alone time together, but recently they’ve been spending more time together and my boyfriend talks about him to me quite a bit, like for example he will be like “oh Ben is going to get his hair cut today” or “Ben has told me he is wanting to lose weight and get into shape”
It just feels like they hang out together an unusual amount of time for just “friends”. My ex turned out to be gay and he had a male lover the entire time we were together so I feel very paranoid it’s going to happen again to me.
Should I be suspicious of their friendship?

Now this is very curious. Definitely a strong 'bromance' between them, and I gotta say it does seem like more than friends. I mean, that is a hell of a lot of time together for two dudes to be doing who are just friends. I would definitely lean towards him being gay, but you should try to talk to him about it.
Be like "Can I be completely real with you, babe? You and Ben spend a lot of time together. Do you have feelings for him?" He might get mad at you, but you wanna know, right? To me it's worth the risk.
