Should I be suspicious or am I paranoid?

So my boyfriend works in business and we are also in a long distance relationship. He told me the other day he was going for a business meeting with a client, and at the end I asked him how it went. It was with a male client and he said it went well and he is considering quitting his job and starting out with my boyfriends business. He then told me that they were both going to go to the gym together the next day and he was going to show him the weights and how to use them

Should I be concerned about this, or am I being paranoid?
