Do girls mean it when they say "miss you"?

This girl posted an upset status on FB, so I wrote ":( feel better" and she goes "I'll try, miss you!"... I know sometimes girls just like attention from guys, and I'm wondering if a girl means it when she says that, or if she just likes the attention? I'm wondering cuz all I said was "feel better" and she randomly said "miss you" when she could've just liked it or said "I'll try" or something.

well if she posts that a lot, to different people then it's not really meaningful, it's more of a habit... if she never writes it, then she just might truly miss you. I don't tend to say that unless I mean it though.

Girls are not all the same. But personally, I mean it whenever I say I miss you to someone.

Whenever my wife comes home and says "I missed you", I say, "Next time try aiming lower".

Personally if I say to a guy "I miss you" I mean it. So my advice is ask her if she meant it :)
