When a guy keeps asking the same questions?

If you're being asked similar questions is that good? Like if he asked if you do a sport one day, then after a week or so asks again. I would think it can go both ways because if we really liked a person we would remember things about them but we can also pretend that we haven't asked it yet just to talk to them. Bad or good?

I wouldn't really say it's good. If it happens once or twice, I wouldn't think much of it. But if it keeps happening all the time, I'd wonder if he has a bad memory or something. And yes, when you do like someone, you tend to remember most things you know about them, even some of the smaller details. So if he keeps asking you stuff, it can either mean that he has a really bad memory, or just that he doesn't care enough to remember the actual answers you give him.

It happens about 2-3 times. It's not random though. It's specific questions such as if I'm moving next year etc. I find that I ask same questions as well but only to make conversation. I remember what he says but I'm not sure what else to say.

Oh okay. Then I'm unsure of why he does that haha. Maybe the same reason as you, simply to make conversation. :)

My crush does exactly the same thing... was wondering what it meant. He has signs of maybe interested (looking at me straight in the eyes, smiling, engaging small talk), but when we talk it’s like none of us know what to say and sometimes he engages conversation with questions he already asked me before...

in my opinion he either isn't remembering...or he is really bad with conversation skills and is repeating himself.

I have family members that aren't the most graceful with conversations and keep asking the
same mundane questions repeatedly.

Does he seem nervous around you?

I don't think he's either but he doesn't ask the same same questions all the time. Just several specific ones like if I move next year. I'm not sure if he is but I feel like we both become shy when talking to each other. Like not staring in eyes and smiling looking down

But at the same time I feel that I ask pretty girls question but I forget what they say because I am too busy paying attention on her beauty and not making myself look like an idiot.
