Walnuts vs Pecans?

I like almost all nuts but pecans never really appealed to me, something about the taste and texture. I like walnuts better, optimally crushed and used in some kind of cookie or other baked item. I like them straight too, only thing is they have a dryness about them that I don't really care for.

I love this question! Pecans. I don't like the way the skin of a Walnut tastes. The only time I can tolerate a Walnut is in chocolate chip cookies.

It may be my upbringing but I prefer pecans.

Pecans are sweeter. Walnuts that you get straight from the she'll have this horrible zing after taste.
