I have Nestle mini marshmallows hot chocolate. It expires Feb 2018. All the hot chocolate packets are solid! Like if you bang a packet on the counter it makes a little "thud" sound and the hot chocolate inside crumbles. Is the solid hot chocolate a manufacturing problem? Is it a normal thing? Or do I toss it? Every pack is like this!
If all of them are solid maybe it's supposed to be that way.
Have you tried to open one and make it? Does it look normal?
Generally there's nothing inside that goes bad cause it's cocoa powder and sugar, so you're safe lol.

It can depend on the environment if it's to damp or humid it can clump up like that
Sounds like it some how got moisture in it, maybe the packs werent sealed well or had pin holes in them...
You could always try returning it to the store. Or you might email Nestle.
