Get up and walk around. I think edibles keep the thc in your system longer via digestion but I might be wrong. If you get up and walk around, you may speed up metabolism and get unfuckedup a little bit faster. That's my theory. Good luck☆

Moving DOES help but it's just too much energy to burn
Sleeping is the best option for various reasons but like the main one is that you won't be awake and no one will bother you, I found that staying still lets you concentrate too

So did it work? Did you wake up not high? I wake up after Xanax with a Xanax hangover from the night before. It takes awhile to shake it off and I'm pretty sure everyone can tell I'm under the influence. I don't care at the time but that doesn't mean it isn't apparent.
