Lots of side effects possible with only the recommended dose. Taking a lot can really screw up your body. And there are a whole list of conditions that some people have that should preclude taking Ibuprofen.

you won't get high but you will start vomiting at around 8-10 pills and if you take enough your liver will shut down resulting in death therefore you're just killing yourself with for the intent of "getting high" yet you never actually do "get high"

I don't think you'll get high, but you can overdose and cause liver problems (and as someone who's experience liver problems, let me tell you that NOTHING is worth that. It's like a hangover, it years of recovery

Ibuprofen is the generic of Motrin, Aleve, Pamprin, etc.
Acetominophen is tylenol.
You're not going to get high off of anything over the counter unless it's like Nyquil or robittusin, which I would not suggest at all.

If the bottle just says "acetominophen" he will not got high.
Though percocet may say "oxycodone/acetominophen", vicodin might say "hydrocodone/acetominophen"
Or there could also be "codeine/acetominophen".
Those are pills mixed will tylenol that will get you high.
Those are also pills that if they don't kill you, you have a high chance of getting addicted and losing everything.
