Why is there a big red spot on my ham?

I noticed a random red spot when getting out my ham from the fridge? What is it? It's on every single slice

disgusting. do you not realise that you are eating dead tissue that was once alive flesh? because flesh has veins blood muscles and BONES. its probably were the pig was beaten up when dragged to the slaughter. you realise they have to wrestle them and sit on them or beat them up until they no longer can fight? such innocence. you have no idea where your meat is from or how it got there 😂 and no i dont mean by shopping from the grocery store. educate yourself on reality of slaughter houses.
