I Just Found This Today And I’m Getting Worried.

If you're not sure how you got it, it could be a bug bite. Certain bugs, when they bite, you don't always feel it at first. And they don't always itch either like people think. I would type in "I have an unknown red spot on my hand" in a search engine like google or yahoo. It might break down the answers as to what it is.

Looks like maybe blood that got stuck in a pore and created a blood pimple, I don't know but if you are worried, you should get it checked, I've never seen it before personally

I doubt anyone here knows. If it hurts a lot or gets worse then go to a doctor. Otherwise it could just be a nick, blister etc.

It looks like a very small blood blister. Did you pinch your hand on something? It's probably okay to just monitor it for now. See a doctor if it persists or spreads.
