Hmm those red dots sound weird. A few possibilities:
- Petechiae - tiny red/purple spots that can show up with minor injuries or blood vessel issues underneath the skin. Usually harmless.
- Some kind of irritated skin reaction, perhaps an allergy? Do they itch at all?
- Keratosis pilaris - chicken skin bumps that look like red dots. Usually on arms.
- Early sign of a blood deficiency like iron.
- Maybe something bug bit you? Spider, flea etc?
If they're not bothering you much, just keep an eye on them for now. But if any more pop up, change color/size, or you notice any other concerning symptoms, you may want to get it checked. Doc can probably identify it easily.
Better safe than sorry with strange skin stuff. But I'm sure it's nothing to worry about too much since they're not new. Let me know if they start acting up!
They look fairly harmless, I would diagnose it as a blocked pore that's caused inflammation, but I would not worry about it being anything worse.
Is it itchy or sore?
It might be a mosquito bite because bites that appear in the middle of your hands will not expand the same way as bites that appear on legs or your belly.
Maybe a skin allergy or reaction to hot water during spills. I find if I accidentally touch hot water, it might take months before my skin looks like it did before.
No idea. Closest I can say is a sweat bump but that's the wrong part of you for that
