Those are called cherry angioma. They are common according to Google and not necessary to treat in most cases. I got this info from this link if you want to check it out.
They are called petechiae. Don't ask me why. Your blood must be too thin from taking aspirin or ate/drank something that makes your blood. And because it's so thin it goes to your pours in your skin and comes out in those little red dots.
I know they are harmless, don't stress it I got em too, you'll be fine.
