I don't eat foods whose texture I hate, no matter how nice it might taste. So I don't eat shrimp.. still prefer shrimp to sushi though because I feed them to my cat and she loves them, she follows me round like I'm the pied piper when I have shrimp and even stands up for them.

I like both, but it depends on what the sushi is seasoned with. I like real Wasabi, it has a nice "bite" but doesn't continually burn your mouth. I want real crab meat with my sushi roll, not imitation crab. But a real crab roll is like $20 for a few pieces.
