Never (knock on wood)! How did that happen?

I have set something in the oven on fire before, but it was just a small flame in the corner of the pan and distinguished when I opened the door to see what that light and noise was, then shut it in a panic, lol. Then the whole house was full of smoke.

You were probably cooking an egg, you let the carton get too close to the flame, not noticing it, you put the carton back in the fridge with it starting to burn.

No.. it did smoke a little when i was fixing an egg but it wasn't burning when i put the carton away
