White bread is bleached, stripped of most of its nutrients anyway. Only trolls like soggy bread with their scrambled eggs
Okay… who said anything about white bread? And who said anything about eggs?
But also, it’s just the white flower that has that has been bleached and it’s mostly just the starchy endosperm with the bran and germ layers removed. They don’t make the bread, and then wash it with bleach before bagging it. That’s just crazy.
