Indian food is pretty bland - dosa and biryani don't really do much and are just carbs

Prefer Pakistani and Bengali food as there is often more flavour to it. Here in the UK you'll often find most places serve Pakistani or Bengal despite the place being called "Indian"

Not sure what Indian food is tbh cause i would say Korma but korma is British and so is tikka and here we call this Indian... when it's not so who knows.
