If you open a bag of Tostitos, do you have to seal it with a clip if it’s not finished in one shot?

I always use a clip or clothes pin to keep it sealed if the bag is not finished. You could also change to a ziplock bag. But if you leave it open the chips go stale.

Seal the bag or put the remainder in a ziplock bag.

To me it doesn't matter take your bag & put into a Ziploc or brown bag, use a bread or twist tie, find a Tupper ware container, hope this helps 👍✌️

Air is what makes it go stale. If you keep air away from it, it will stay fresh longer.
