When you open your loaf of bread, do you put the plastic tie back on it?

carbs are my religion so, of course... I've got a very nice "bread box" so I don't have to keep it bagged, but still... I did not always had that box so, I always put the plastic tie back on, or a snap gadget that I had

and when I didn't have any of these I'd just use the tie at first... and then just toss it away when there was enough bag to just tie it around itself, lol
