I hate bread crust. The end pieces have more crust. I never eat a whole loaf of bread before it goes bad anyway, and always have to throw some slices out. Therefore, I choose to have the end slices be among those I throw out. In short, no, I don't eat the end pieces.

I PREFER the middle bits but I have no problem eating the crusts. It's all made of the same stuff it's just that the crusts are usually half as thick.

Trash them if it's basic bread. If it's good sourdough or homemade bread then I'll eat the ends
