Be honest, how do you close the bag of the loafs of bread?

Do you do the good ol twisty bread sits on itself technique where you twist the top part of the bag and fold it and seal it using the weight of the bread or do you grab the little plastic wire and twist the wire seal thingy back on the bag? Lol

Get the air out first... then spin it. And then spin it more. And then spin it even more until the twisted knot of bag starts coiling in tightly on itself, then I wrap the excess bag material tightly under the coil so it locks in place. It doesn't need to rely on its own weight to stay shut because I coil it so tight that it cannot unfasten on its own.
Then I put it in the oven...
... because the oven isn't ever used for cooking and it is thermally insulated. So now it is just my bread-bin.

I squeeze air out of the bag without squishing the bread, then spin the bag to twist it tightly closed, then use a twist tie, then fold the end of the bag under the loaf and set it on a shelf in my refrigerator.
I give the twist tie one clockwise twist, which makes it easy to remove when I want more bread.

I make sure to get as much air out of it as possible, then twist it a couple times and fold it under the loaf. I started doing that because I'm left handed and would get yelled at because I twisted the wire the wrong way 🙄

I've had a fractured thumb since August last year. And I refractured it again for the 11th time last night...
I spin it with my right hand, stick it under my elbow and put a tie on it with my right hand. Because the bread bag is one of these specific things that pulls that joint out on my left and I ain't doing it 12 times... 😩

Neither, I make my own bread in a bread machine and store it wrapped in a large towel. Since there are no preservatives in it, it's only good for about 3 days no matter how it's stored, even in the refrigerator.
