I remember the first time I had a beer I thought it tasted like carbonated vinegar. Of course it was an American mass market beer so it turns out that's what it really did taste like. I didn't drink another beer for another couple of years until some friend of mine, who knew about beer, introduced me to some good European beers. Even so, my beer tastes are simple: a good pilsner with meals, or while relaxing at the pool or at the beach on a hot day.
Yes but I'm a little bit particular about it. I like certain beers and not others. I don't really go in for pale ales or extra dry. I'm not a fan of the many fruited ones either. Lager, draught, stout and some dark or sparkling ales are about the extent of it.

No! When I was 15 my dad was getting ready to open a can of beer and I asked him what beer taste like since I know people in high school and older adults drink beer. It seems so gross and looks like piss. My dad let me took the first taste, spit it back in the beer can, and gave it back to him. It was the most awful taste I ever tasted and don't understand how people can drink beer. Now I can't drink beer and it irritates my stomach making me feel sicker. Now I only drink liquor and wine.
I like the taste of some beers.
I can't say that I've had many different ones, but I've had some that tasted skunky, and a lot of them that were barely anything more than water.
I do like a beer that has a pronounced hop flavor.
A good strong ale is great. Something 5% and above. Certainly not gnats piss Euro lager.
Brews from Wytchwood, Badger are yummy. Beardo at 6% is yummy, too.
@Jessica405 good choices there
@ChrisMaster69 Thanks! There are loads of others. I have two empty bottles as souvenirs. One is "Gut Rot". The other is "Rat Arsed". Both apt names!
Not at all. It makes me nauseous. But my friend introduced me to more cheap and watered down beers. I can handle those.
Depends on the beer, I don't mind light beer, but I really don't like the darker beers which taste like burnt coffee. And I don't like coffee.
Yes I like beer but dark rum is my go to mixed with cranberry grape juice!
From time to time I've been known to have a beer. I don't like light beer though, I like dark stout beer.
Dark Amber's, smithwicks, new Castle... and hard ciders.
I used to like Guinness but it just doesn't interest me anymore. Not Harp.
I haven't hd a beer in 20 years but sometimes I still misss it.
Yes, various types, lagers, Guinness, Newcastle Brown Ale, etc.
I am really missing beer festivals in the UK, we went to the Cambridge Beer festival for years n years
I visit bear spa at least once a year. It's a bliss 😅
Not really. It's not a treat for me. Sometimes I do enjoy a good porter.
As long as they're not the old-fashioned bitter beer, I like the taste of some beers.
I am a fan of many styles of beer. It's an acquired taste, but one that's easy to acquire.
I fucking hate it and the way all alcohol taste but it’s not about the taste it’s about getting fucking lifted💯
Of course I've been drinking in moderation from 13-21 and from 21 till this day I've been thirsty for beer since
I like the taste, just not the headache that follows
I come from country where you see beer cans everywhere whenever there's a event, but I straight up don't like beer. Not to mention the amount of carbs it has.
It is like eating my girls asshole. It is an activity which I thoroughly enjoy and even though the taste is more of an aquired one I would never want to stop
Mmm, stouts and Belgian trippels are my favorites
Love me a good beer on a hot day
There’s nothing like Cold Steel on a hot day
