I'm more cider girl. If I do drink beer I go for the small brewery offerings rather than things like Bud.

Yepp. Either Pils, Helles or Wheat Beer.
But i usually don't buy beer from the big breweries. I don't like the "average Taste" from most of them, all of those beers taste almost the same in my opinion. There are only two or three beer brands of large beer conglomerates that I would even consider buying. I prefer smaller local breweries most of the time.
And I definitely despise American "beer". It's Tasteless, watered down, colored water without flavour. In my opinion it's just meant for mass production but not for enjoyment.

Stella Artois is also my favorite, though I only have a beer a few times a month, almost always at a restaurant, with dinner.
