Creative and definitely different :) I reckon if you enjoyed doing it back then, you would make a very good cake maker if it was something you were still interested in, but then again interests do change so I shouldn't assume you are still interested in making such decorated cakes ^__^

I do however believe you could enjoy the experience of learning to do it professionally as you enjoyed a moment of it when you were young whereas others may not be as into the subject and did not have that moment in life :)
