What are your favorite “weird” food combinations?

Question

My favorite food combination is definitely mustard and macaroni and cheese and another would have to be french fries and tartar sauce.  I didn’t realize mustard and macaroni was considered “weird” until someone saw me put mustard on it in public and said ew… but I’m curious, what are your favorite weird food combos?

I like to eat cheap mustard on fresh bread. The more expensive mustard that doesn't give you cancer doesn't cut it for me :))

Also, in my country there is a dish that is made by rolling a mixture of minced meat and rice inside a leaf of pickled cabbage (and then boiled) and I usually eat those with poppy seed (or chocolate or jelly) sweet bread. Most of my friends think that I am crazy, but I am not sure how weird this is, because when there are some important religious holidays, at some churches they give you this combination at the end, instead of the simple bread.

I think if you don't know what I am referring to above, you might also think that the whole dish is weird, but I promise you it is not haha.

When I have fish and chips, I LOVE dipping the fries in tartar sauce.

I dip baked chicken in Mae Ploy sauce.

I dip onion rings in BBQ sauce.

I really like bacon and peanut butter sandwiches on toast and sometimes add pepper jelly. It's a childhood comfort food (except for the pepper jelly).

I dip baked salmon or crab cakes in a sauce made of Miracle Whip, garlic salt, black pepper, fresh lemon juice and a bit of Tabasco.

I drown hamburger-potato casserole in ketchup and add hot sauce.

When I make spaghetti sauce, I add a bit of cinnamon. You can't taste a cinnamon flavor, but it adds a complexity to the sauce. I got that idea from cioppino and Cincinnati Skyline Chili.

I like to eat mushroom, soy bean, tofu and carrot dumplings with salt and most people don’t use carrots in their dumplings, I also like to flavour my shrimp in wasabi and soy because it is healthier than shrimp cocktail sauce and I like to add soy milk to my bailies alcohol so I can double the time it takes for me to finish a bottle of bailies alcohol.

I love putting Mayonaise, Mustard together on Sandwiches also eat that combination on Hamburgers melted with cheese on them... When I make potato salad or macaroni salad I always use Mayonaise, Mustard, Dill pickle juice, Sweet pickle, or Sweet Relish, Onions , Celery wow talking about good LOL

Fries and Mayo or Fries and Ranch dressing.

Cheese Whiz and Raspberry jam sandwiches.

Peanut butter and Honey Ham sandwiches.

Hawaiian pizza. (It's actually a Canadian thing)

Hot dogs chopped up in with instant noodles.

I have gone out and had breakfast by myself and I get weird looks when I put peanut butter and jam on waffles.

Cream soda and tiger ice cream floats.

Bacon ketchup toast sandwiches (has to be buttered toasts)
Apparently also putting cheese whiz, mustard and ketchup on hot dogs is weird, most people at my work only use mustard.

I'm sure I eat other weird things.

I can't think of any 'particular' weird food combinations, because I eat pretty much anything with anything ! I'm just home from Yoga, and having a serving of tapioca pudding and a part glass of red wine ! Now THAT is weird !

Fried cabbage and Noodles-wide noodles, with pierogies-fried with onion and butter, Scrambled eggs Italian style -with spaghetti sauce mixed in and fried hot Italian sausage on the side with home fries and Italian bread toasted and sliced tomatoes with italian olive oil and red wine vinegar with Italian spice. Fried Cabbage and noodles for dinner with pierogies . Breakfast is my Italian breakfast.

Toast with peanut butter and bacon on top. If I made chicken fingers my favourite dip was a mixture of mayo and mustard. A favourite snack of mine is raw oats in maple syrup
