What are some meals that you cook very regularly?

For starters cabbages rolls, fried seafood lasagna, salmon wellington & haluski & these are the same videos that taught me how to cook these dishes.

As for the fried seafood lasagna I make a bunch of them & I freeze them & when I’m ready to eat them I drown them in a hot oil bath.
Instead of going back out for spinach you can always throw diced up green beans or diced tomatoes.
* Pasta in marinara (aka Italian gravy)
* Pasta in Alfredo sauce
* I grill a lot during the summer... well, actually I smoke the meat, never cook directly over flame
Jambalaya
* Omelets in the morning
* Bracciole
* Chicken Parmesan (actually, Romano)
* Homemade Chicken Soup

I've always liked to cook spaghetti, as it is my favorite meal, but of course, it's best to eat in moderation rather than regularly. I do like to cook a homemade marinara sauce (the NY Times version of Lidia's is the best!) to serve with various meats and vegetables, however (and the NY Times Lidia's Shrimp Alla Marinara is also to die for and uses this sauce). I also like to make baked fish, rosemary chicken, and these wraps I make out of a few Wal-Mart deli items when I'm short on time. I also like to cook various vegetables.
I essentially live on entrees of roast chicken or pork. I enjoy fish, but it's tricky to cook (one minute too long and it's dried out and tasteless), plus cooking it it smells up the house. This is Florida, where it's 90F/32C outside. You can't just open a window to air out the house!
Although I've done my best to give up beef, I'd be happy to drop in on @exitseven for a prime rib dinner!

Hamburgers. I got into them a month ago, and they hit the spot when I need something in my belly.
I bought a pack of 12 patties made from ground meat at a local Wholesale club. They are 85% lean.
Since I grow eggplant, I cook eggplant into eggs in the morning.
Yes it is. The heat has been pretty rough on them lately though.
This year, that is the only vegetable. Last year I also grew corn and I'll probably do corn next year also. And I have 3 different citrus trees. I don't eat enough tomatoes to bother growing those. Also next year, I'm thinking about growing okra as it is a nice plant to grow.
I make fish and chips and I cooked a prime rib dinner, I make awesome waffles and chicken fried steak. I want to fry a turkey soon.
chicken, chicken anything... because that is what my cat likes best, and so do I... lol
only sometimes, but yes... 80% of her diet is still cat food that is proper and special for cats
but sometimes she gets some of my cooked food and WITHOUT condiments, can be chicken, salmon, tuna or very rarely ground beef and never pork
