What do you usually eat for breakfast?

I mostly eat oatmeal

Usually one, or a combination of the following: cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, a bagel/cream cheese, eggs/toast (and sometimes a meat of some kind), yogurt and tea. Either hot or iced (depending on the time of year). I rarely drink coffee, so I'm a tea kind of guy. But sometimes I'll have some leftovers in the fridge from the night before to start the day.

Oh, and sometimes a couple of boiled eggs or toast with jam, along with something else.

I have a protein shake I use 2 scoops of whey protein and a scoop of something else my wife got to make my joints feel better. I usually ass some fruit. An apple or blueberries and orange juice.
On the weekend I might have scrambled eggs and toast.

I went from not eating breakfast to eating a banana. Then I started eating toast or a banana depending on how hungry I am. Now I started having toast and a banana shake which is super yummy and filling😋

I eat cheese, olives (mostly green olives), tomatoes, eggs, honey with butter (I sometimes eat this not always), toasted bread, strawberry jam (sometimes), peanut butter (sometimes).. with a strong hot black tea.
