What do you normally eat for breakfast?

I start out with coffee. Later I'll have a cherry or apple turnover if I have any. If I don't have any of those, I always have Costco blueberry muffins in the freezer and I'll warm one of those up and put butter on it.
Once in a while, I'll make some scrambled eggs and toast.
My wife works but is off three days a week. On those days she will sometimes make bacon. When she does, I have a bacon and peanut butter sandwich on toast. Or every once in a while, she makes pancakes and we have them with butter and real maple syrup, or she'll warm up maple syrup, molasses and butter in a pan and we'll pour that over the pancakes.
If we go out for breakfast, I like to get corned beef hash with an egg over easy and crispy hash browns. I mix them together. And I substitute toast for a pancake and have that as a kind of dessert.
On days when I don't skip breakfast and remember to take my omeprazole, 2 eggs sunny side up, 4 strips of bacon, 2 slices of toast, cereal with fruit or oatmeal, and a glass of orange juice. I never can finish the whole meal though, but in my diabetes book, it says it equals the required 60 carbs. I never go over but have trouble hitting the carb goal. You have to eat 6 times a day with diabetes (3 meals, 3 snacks), and it's a lot. I tried it once and it felt like I was eating all day. I never could finish anything, lol.
it depends on my mood and how hungry I am. If I want a salty breakfast I'll usually go for toast with either scrambled eggs with hot sauce or boiled eggs with caviar. If I want a sweeter breakfast I go for oatmeal with yummy toppings or cereal, and for lighter breakfasts I do fruits!
On work days I usually have eggs (how they're cooked solely depends on my mood that day), chopped peppers and a diced potato.
Non work days I might make more and use sausage, bacon, etc.
Always need my coffee.

I do intermittent fasting. Breakfast is later in the afternoon like 3pm ish for me. Usually it's 3 eggs with a bit of mayo and Frank's hot sauce on a spinach wrap. Sometimes with avocado and bacon or a protein shake. About 400-700 calories and 40-60g of protein is about what I eat breakfast wise.
That picture looks good, I have that sometimes on weekends if I go to a restaurant. Normally on weekdays I don’t have much of one. On weekends I have cereal or scrambled eggs , bacon or piece of spam or corn beef hash and English muffin or a bagel
i use to eat fry up now and then ma mum made or one out a cafe but hardly ever or cereal but right now i mostly eat cornflakes for breakfast or muslea the oat stuff mixed with yougurt or fruit and fibre cereal no more crap anymore
yogurt or a muffin most days, waffles if I have time
I love waffles. What type of muffin is your favorite?
I get them all at costco, most of their flavors are good, either vanilla chocolate chunk or double chocolate.
Really so it's the Costco muffins? I'll have to check them out.
I usually keep it light or outright skip it as a fasting day. If I eat, I usually do an apple, a couple of carrots or oatmeal to go with an energy drink.
I usually have high protein smoothie.
Nothing as working night shifts really f up my sleeping schedule. My boyfriend still works them and comes home at 3am. We are lucky to be asleep by 7am and wake up at 3pm, just have work within a few hours 🥴
Usually I don’t eat breakfast and if I really need a snack in the afternoon, I’ll have a little beef jerky. I always keep bottles of water in my truck and then I try to have a meal of lean meat and vegetables.
That way I can keep drinking all the beer I want
At home, I usually have a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee.
When I'm traveling and the hotel has a breakfast buffet, I usually have scrambled eggs and sausage.
Coffee or an americano.
Two cups dry oatmeal mixed with 1c Triple Zero vanilla yogurt and anywhere from 1c to 1.5c fruit/berries in season.
Monday through Friday? Coffee! A lot of coffee! Weekends? Coffee and whatever I feed my kids. This morning was steak and eggs!
Sunday through Friday, a cup of coffee. Saturday mornings, scrambled eggs or omelet with cheese, bacon, sausage, and coffee.
Normally eat my first meal around noon. It's either a frittata or another egg breakfast. If not a a ka'chava shake instead. That's a brand that you can make a shake out of. It is a good meal replacement with a lot of good stuff in it.
Full English breakfast on Saturday. Sausage and scrabbled egg Sunday. Just toast crumpets of porridge weeks days
Full English... Yum
Nothing, I usually wake up around 9.30, and my stomach meds take around 2 hours to finish kicking in, so by the time they’ve kicked in and I’m able to eat - it’s close to 12. So I just start my day with lunch.
Depends.. if I am alone it is cereal or an Ice cap
With family usually eggs, pancakes or muffins
A bowl of cereal and a cup of tea. If I had a working stove, I'd MAKE pancakes (crepes) or bacon & eggs at least once a week!!
