Depending on if you go by time or schedule. I work nights so my breakfast is about 5pm. I usually have pizza rolls or chicken nuggets before heading off to work.
Unfortunately, during the workweek, I eat poorly! Juice, Tea or coffee, plain toast, some small brioche. On weekends, juice, tea/coffee, eggs, toast, sausages
It's not always that I eat breakfast, it's normally just a protein shake, If I do have breakfast it can be cheese on toast, great British grill up or museli.
I almost never eat breakfast. I probably should, but I find that, if I eat breakfast, then I am not hungry for lunch. I usually only eat two meals a day (with some snacking here and there).

Nothing until frost break then it’s either a protein shake or a cliff bar.
Normally just Fresh Fruit Juice, Cereal and Toast or perhaps a Pan Au Chocolat.
Cup of tea. Piece of pastry or yogurt with fruits and honey.

I don't eat breakfast. The thought of eating first thing in the morning makes me want to vomit.
Most mornings I have oatmeal & toast or eggs with ham or bacon panfries & toast. Usually I have a glass of water & some coffee with this.

I try to go for high protein, eggs n veggies with a meat or a shake. But also wait to eat until around 10-1030 with intermittent fasting.
