Homemade cranberry relish. Cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, ground cloves, grated orange rind. Boil until half the cranberries "pop". Allow to cool. Refrigerate. Enjoy!

I got a sweet tooth for the sweets. So I mostly eat bread pudding or anything sweet. One time I was able to make fried bread pudding, and my grandmother said I ruined her homemade bread pudding. All I did was filled it in some batter and fry it. It seems anything could be friable, especially cake, cookies, and pancakes.

I feel turkey's have been unfairly targeted by this tradition and holiday. An average of 45 million turkeys lose their lives every year in celebration of thanks. I ask, what do the poor turkeys have to be thankful for?

There's a nice hotel near Bryce Canyon that I spent two Thanksgivings at. They have an all you can eat buffet on Thanksgiving. I made it a point *NOT* to eat turkey. I don't really like turkey, you see. I had prime rib. I had salmon. Delicious!

However, the thing I like best about a traditional Thanksgiving dinner is my in-law's mashed potatoes. It's made with cream cheese. Yum!

Besides turkey, stuffing, and the like.. I'd have to say my brown sugar ham, or green bean casarole.. The best part for me though is when I get to turn the turkey into soup.

Not normally no. I use the juices from the cooked bird but I don't use the innards.

Definitely turkey with turkey gravy. I maybe get that twice a year, so I really enjoy it when I do. Of course, you also have to have mashed potatoes to make it complete.

The food isn't that great but its more about being with people I love. Gravy and stuffing though I guess. I prefer my middle eastern food. Nothing will replace Dolma for me.

There are many styles but you need to have it made from my people. Kurds make it the best.
Its basically vegetables stuffed with rice and other spices. You can make it spicy, sour, or mixed with both. We make it the best cause we add everything into it. Stuffed grape leaves, squash, Egg plant, onion, pepper. And its broth and a nice red soup that tastes amazing. We add dill into it mixed with tomato paste and then cook it. You'd have to eat it to know. It's very aesthetically pleasing to look at it too.
