Yes I do. I make mine with smoked hot sausage, okra, diced onions, diced hot peppers/ cayenne peppers, and diced tomatoes. I use Everglades seasoning and a little Louisiana hot sauce goes in it. Sometimes I put corn and or black eyed peas in it. Serve it over top of hot rice. Goes real good with a side dish of Mustard greens and some pan fried corn bread.
