I do that. I never had problems with it. Some people may think it's unsanitary but studies proves it's safe.

Wether its safe or not depends on your location.

Here in germany you can safely drink tap water.

In other regions its advised to boil it first or purify it with other methods, which you do when cooking pasta, rice, soup,...

And in some regions the tap water is unsafe and potentially poisonous, you may never drink or eat it (eg when the piping is still made from lead)

I do and also directly drink tap water regularly. Seems like a waste of money to me to buy bottled water.

Yeah. The water is boiled so I’m assuming is clean. I use filtered water for tea but boiled water for the cooked food.

Yes because it purifies after boiling or getting heated.
