Not where I am , it doesn’t taste too good and not supposed to have a taste but it does, I drink it in certain counties where it’s not contaminated and taste how it’s supposed to like in upstate New York but Long Island water is not good to drink, probably why cancer rates are so so high in certain areas, the ground water is contaminated from so many things here

I used to drink tap water but I think ever since they started recycling water, it tastes absolutely awful. So I use a water filter to fill up bottles of water and put them in the fridge to chill.
I’ve seen the test results for ours. We don’t even rinse our teeth with tap water. The water company itself recommends drops of (forget the chemical at the moment) to add to water for pet birds. Makes me feel for the local wildlife.
Yes. Other places have it far worse.
Yes. Tap water here is than most bottled ones.

I boil it, first. I'll make a cup of tea with that and then, after it cools off, I'll put it into a bottle to drink from or fill the ice trays with it.
How else do you make iced tea?
No, I pour the water from the kettle into the ice trays. I don't know of distilling the water gets rid of ALL the shit they put into it (like fluoride, estrogen, etc.) but, at least it's gonna be better than what come out of the tap. It doesn't taste bad coming out of the tap,. I'm just trying to get rid of any of the garbage they put into it.
You are not distilling water by boiling it. 🤦♂️
Here in Germany our tap water is checked by some serious organizations and this year we even got a certificate taped at our exit door confirming that our tap water is safe and clean. And we get it for almost free, granted that's why I pay 43% in tax + my employer's 30% to my gross salary.
Yes, where I live they have very good water. In the town barn there is a water faucet set up do people from surrounding tows can bring their jugs and fill them up.
Most of the time. I don’t mind it tasting a little weird. I also keep a bottle at my side most of the time.
I do drink tap water.
My municipal water tests out to be very clean.
I prefer my tap water to bottled water any day.
Yes, filtered and dispensed through our refrigerator.
Yes and my water is not chemical treated city water.
My water comes from my well
No the tap taste weird were I live.
My tap water comes straight out of a 100 foot deep well in my back yard.
I have a whole purification system, but if I didn't I would not cook or even bathe in it.
Not since I got a filter. To be fair I live in an agricultural state. Which mean field runoff is a VERY real thing. But I did for the first 20 years of my life.
Here but not in any big cities. Once tried it and reflexively spit it out.
