Definitely pizza , Burgers are too hit or miss. Pizza is good all the time. Even cold pizza is better than burger in my opinion.

Pizza. As @idkwhatsreal said, pizza can also be eaten cold. I can't imagine eating a cold hamburger.

There are places that make a really good pizza burger that taste great and could be placed in between Pizza and burger it is worth a try especially if you can't make up your mind.
