Do you like the jelly in a pork pie?

I have eaten a pork pie and it wasn't the worst culinary experience of my life but it felt like I was being a bit careless with my own physical welfare, especially since I had been talked into drinking warm beer that was just sort of sitting there, somewhere deep inside, giving off potentially dangerous gases or something that was making me feel really bloated. A friend swore that a pork pie with insanely hot mustard was the best solution, but that I shouldn't look directly at the sliced open pie, so I kept my eyes closed while eating it. Maybe what I thought was just the mustard was actually the jelly. Oh, well, it didn't kill me, so it must have made me stronger.
I have a question... What kind of jelly is in the pie? I know I sound ignorant, but now I'm curious. Pork pie sounds like it would taste great with an apricot or apple or pear preserves/jelly, maybe even a peach... But I have zero idea
I've never had pork pie. It sounds good. I don't think I'd mind the aspic unless there was too much. Why do they put aspic in it in the first place, to give it some juiciness?
I wonder why they don't have pork pie in the U. S. I want to try it.
What about you, purplepoppy. Do you like a little or a lot of jelly?
I like a little. I feel if there's too much the butcher is skimping on the meat
Go with a little bit of Jelly
nice if they have Apple, or Mushy Peas in them.

Pork pie isn't a great name. It's a turn-off. Bubble and squeak, on the other hand, is something I can get behind.
Bubble and squeak is just recycled Sunday lunch leftovers.
It is? Well it has a really great name. Sometimes that's all that matters.
Is it disgusting? No, then it's not Welsh.
See my latest question: Do people with no rhythm not get depressed?
I must admit I've never had a pork pie in this shape. In my country it's fine pork pate backed dough and slow cooked pork in jelly is common dish, but I've never seen as combo.
Yet another British horrible food. I have been once in england, fortunatley there were pale ale and fried fish.
I never had this before this looks like meat loaf but it's pork I don't know but is this good I need to try it out then get back to u on this answer lol!
pie? goood
jelly? gooood
pork? gooooood
never tried one of these things, actually
A little bit formed from gelatin is nice to me although I don't like straight-up aspic. Yet a little bit of jelly around meat is nice to me.
I’ve never had one but I’d definitely give it a shot.
I like pork pies with only a small amount of jelly.
Really? You make pork pies in Canada?
I never had a meat pie. I eat pizza
I eat with a knife and fork and remove all the jelly and the white stodgy stuff,,,
I’ve never tried that before you have to understand I’m an American
I’d rather just have the pork and jelly and skip the pie
Like pork pies with little jelly small ones aswell
No, I'm not a lesbian
