I BBQ mostly the summertime months. But no weather stops me when I'm up to doing a BBQ for a certain occasion. I smoked a turkey on Thanksgiving day during sub below temperatures and wind blowing. Took me 8 hrs to smoke, and I started at 5:30 that morning. But it was well worth it..

I also smoked another turkey during the pouring rain. Once my mind is set, I do it no matter what.

I usually put the grill away in December before it snows and take it out in March or April whenever the snow melts.

I BBQ all year round. The only time I won't or can't is when it is very cold & also windy. When I say cold I mean minus 25-30 C.

Obviously I don't grill in the rain or the really cold/windy days, but living in California, there are plenty of winter days that you can easily grill, and I do. I actually grilled some sausages for the family Christmas Eve party this past year that were a huge hit.

At the moment, I do not have a grill, bt my girlfriend does FRIED ribs in an air fryer and they are outstanding.

Just nice weather. Where I live in the US, barbecue is possible from March through November.

That is a grill. Cooking on that is 'grilling'. Barbecue is a noun, not a verb. That being said, I grill all year.

I was always the grill master until I got tired of doing it since I noticed nobody else is thoughtful enough to relieve me so I can take a break.

Nice weather only. I try to stay away from hailstorms and torrential rain. Not to mention heavy snow every now and then.
