I don't deep fry, so most of the time the oil in the bottle goes rancid before I get around to finishing it. For coating a pan or skillet (to fry an egg), I normally use a bit of butter.
I guess I'd buy a cow and churn my own butter.
I basically never use oil when cooking anyway. I cook my food in butter, much tastier.
Lard, butter, just water. There's alternatives. But also crude oil =/= cooking oil.

We usually don't use oil. The only recipe we use lots of oil is when we make Aioli (Some kind of Garlic Mayo).
So we will be fine.
Beef dripping, duck/goose fat, butter, coconut oil
