Do you like oysters? What do they taste like?

Definitely an aquired taste. And chewey but not fatty, a diff kind, hard to describe. People like to say they're aphrodisiacs but I'm not sure if that's really true

Oysters are much like clams. Similar taste and consistency. Oyster stew is a delicacy in my house.
