I eat keto so I usually will have mine scrambled with swiss feta American or cheddar cheese. Loaded with veggies and a meat of some sort. I'll have it alone or over salad depending how hungry I am. I also like eggs of med or Eggs benedict without the English muffin. I won't eat potatoes or toast with my breakfast. I have coffee and occasionally fresh berries.
