What is the spiciest food you have ever eaten?

I had some ghost pepper wings once. The first few bites seamed fine and then it hit me like a brick wall - a very spicy brick wall. I had milk on standby but the 8oz pour was not enough. I ended up wiping ranch dip directly on my lips to cool them off.

Hard to say, the food itself I'd say maybe the 2x spicy Korean ramens but the thing is I add spice so I'd say any food I add spice too is the spiciest food, cause I use sauces of peppers made of Carolina reaper or extracts

Carolina reaper jelly. Homemade it to so it's not like anything they sell at the store it's very intense. I'm not a fan of spicy stuff but had to try it cause I made it and it was soo spicy I started crying ☠️☠️

I once ordered a bottle of Dave's Insanity Private Reserve hot sauce. It was so spicy I had to sign a waver claiming I knew what I was buying and wouldn't sue them for any reason.

There was a Cajun Gumbo at a restaurant in New Orleans that was really hot. I generally don't like really spicy foods but it tasted really good.
